Above the impassable falls in Moravia, Dresserville Creek is a high-quality inland trout stream.
This is one of the few streams in the area that has good fishing for wild resident rainbows. These
fish are found throughout most of the stream above the falls, but the best fishing seems to be just
below the small hamlet of Dresserville. Wild brown trout also are found throughout Dresserville
Creek, and in the extreme upper reaches brightly colored wild brook trout can be taken with
regularity.
